Return Policy
How do I return an item?
Merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit only. No refunds will be given. All merchandise must be returned in new, unopened/unworn condition with all original tags attached. All dance slippers and shoes must be in original/unworn condition. Items that are unwashed, unworn, and unused and in original condition may be returned within 15 days after purchase for an exchange or store credit.
Please note: All products must be returned in perfect condition, with tags still attached and proof of payment.
You can contact Silvarose Dancewear to arrange for item to be returned you will need to indicate the reason for the return on your receipt.
How long do I have to return an item?
Exchanges can be made within 15 days of your purchase date.
How will I receive my refund?
We do not offer refunds. Items may be returned for exchange only. Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact), you will receive a store credit for Silvarose Dancewear. Credit will be for the paid price of the item.
Can I exchange my products?
Yes. If you wish to exchange an item, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online.
How long do I have to make an exchange?
Items you wish to exchange must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.

Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
SilvaRose Dancewear reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
